1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TronScan website at tronscan-basic.space and by purchasing or downloading the TronScan Parental Control software ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Software. TronScan is operated by TronScan Software LLC, registered at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.
2. Description of Product
TronScan Parental Control is a software application for Microsoft Windows that allows parents and legal guardians to:
- Set daily and weekly screen time limits on a child's computer.
- Filter and block websites by category or custom rules.
- Control which applications can be launched on the monitored computer.
- Receive activity reports and real-time notifications.
- Remotely manage settings from another device.
3. License
Upon completing payment, TronScan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) computers within a single household.
You may not:
- Redistribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Use the Software for any purpose other than parental monitoring within your own household.
- Use the Software to monitor individuals without their knowledge where prohibited by applicable law.
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders are processed manually. By submitting the order request form, you authorize TronScan to contact you at the email address provided with payment instructions. The current price for TronScan Parental Control is $120 USD as a one-time payment.
Payment must be completed within 7 days of receiving the payment invoice. Orders for which payment is not received within this period will be cancelled.
After payment is confirmed, you will receive your software download link and license key by email within 24 hours.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the software license key has been delivered. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team at support@tronscan-basic.space before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical problems.
6. Updates and Support
Your license includes free software updates for 2 years from the date of purchase. After this period, updates may be available for a discounted upgrade fee. Email support is included for the lifetime of your license.
7. Legal Use and Parental Responsibility
TronScan is designed for use by parents and legal guardians to monitor their minor children (under 18 years of age). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
TronScan accepts no liability for any unlawful use of the Software, including monitoring of adults without their consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TronScan does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use of the Software is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TronScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Software or website.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
